Refund policy
1. Returns
At SMPL SKIN, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused, unopened products within7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@smpl.skin within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
- Ensure that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Package the product securely and include the return authorization provided by our Customer Support team.
- Note that in the event of bundle product returns any complimentary/promotional material needs to be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at info@smpl.skin. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
