Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping: On purchases of AED 150 or more.
  • Standard Shipping: At a cost of AED 30 per order on purchased worth less than AED 150. 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates. If you are located outside of the UAE, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business days. During busy periods, processing times may vary, and we will notify you of any delays.

4. Delivery Times

We aim to provide next day delivery on all orders and should there be delays we will contact you. 
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally however we can arrange if you get in contact with us.  For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country's customs regulations.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Support team at info@smpl.skin for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
